Kosharitsa is a small village, situated in Nessebar municipality, in the region of Bourgas. It has a very good location, just 4 kilometres away from the lively Sunny Beach Resort. The picturesque village is beautifully nestled at the foot of the Emine Balkan, part of the Old Mountain Balkan Range. From the village of Kosharitsa are revealed far-reaching panoramic views: to the east you can see the resort and the old town of Nessebar, to the south your sight will be captured by Pomorie Bay and reach all the way to the northern slopes of the Strandja Mountain. If you look back you will see a valley formed between the hill “Biberna” which is next to Kableshkovo village and the slopes of Emin Mountain.

Kosharitsa is a quiet village, to find places of interest in the area you have to take the short drive to Nessebar or Sunny Beach. Some 6 km away from the sandy beaches of Sunny Beach resort. Just hundred meters out of the Kosharitsa village and next to an oak forest, covering the southern hills of the mountain. Great views towards the Sea and the Bay of Nessebar and Sunny Beach. The popular resorts around with all their busy night life, restaurants and beaches are easily reachable by car or taxi, just few minutes drive. The international airport of Bourgas is some half hour away on a nice road, by car or by regular public transport with stops at the resorts around. There are also some food shops and small restaurants offering local cuisine and affordable prices.

Places to Eat and Drink

This unique vacation retreat provides tranquil ambience, quietness and rural atmosphere to be appreciated by those looking for a real relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy commercial resorts. With this there is little in the way of restaurants and bars, just local taverns and small restaurants and one or two restaurants in local hotels. However for a greater selection of places to eat and drink take the short drive to Sunny Beach, Sveti Vlas, Nessebar or Pomorie.

Entertainment & Nightlife

All the entertainment and nightlife is situated at Sunny Beach situated in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black sea riviera, this is the largest resort with the widest strip of white sandy beaches. It is a blue flag beach with a gently sloping sand bottom. For those that want to be entertained there are lots of water sports including water skiing, jet skiing, parasailing. There is also mini golf, tennis, horse riding, go-karting, paint balling and trampoline. There are several aqua parks in sunny beach.

Getting Around

There is bus transport to Balchik, Varna, the Golden Sands resort and Sunny Beach, Sveti Vlas and Nessebar. Car hire is recommended if you intend to stay in Kosharitsa and would like to visit the coast each day.
